General Booking Requirements
Thank you for your interest in our venue. In order to book any show here at [i]mpact, bands must provide the following items for our review:
-At least one, preferably two reasonably well recorded songs.
-Short biography.
-Band picture (optional)
-Contact information (email or phone)
When contacting us, please email as much of the requested items as possible along with which date and time you would like to be booked. All show dates work on a first come, first serve basis and will be updated on this website every week on Sunday at the latest. You must be able to perform an all ages show which means no obscene, racist, or otherwise inappropriate displays/language allowed.
Cancellation Notices
Should need arise for you to cancel a show your band is booked for, we would prefer at least one week advance notice in order to ensure adequate time to find a replacement that night. Last minute emergencies do occur however in which case please let us know of the situation should you need to cancel within the week before your performance.
Load in and Soundcheck
Gear load in and souncheck starts at 5:00 - 5:15pm or two hours before showtime should it be any different than the normal 7:00pm. The quality of bands as well as the sound is important to us as it should be to you so please be punctual in making this appointment. If for some reason circumstances prevent your band from arriving at this time, please try to inform us as soon as possible. Refreshments will be provided to all bands in a private room.
Payment
We at [i]mpact value the quality music you as the bands bring to our venue and as such will provide payment for services rendered based upon the following plan.
<February 4th Update> We are in the process of reorganizing the payment system to better serve our bands and the venue as well.
Merchandise
Bands will have their own table out on display where they are free to sell any merchandise that they choose.
Optional Promotion
Upon booking a show, you have the option of posting a song of your choice on the [i]mpact MySpace for display the week before your performance. Also, please email Devin with a .jpg or .gif logo of your band for display on our projector system page during the show and possibly in the [i]mpact Spotlight.
